Flirty Florals - Summer Staple
I had so much fun taking the photos for this look. You should have seen how many times I fell off the tree - balance is not my strong suit. The location was beautiful and this dress made me feel so light. It's very comfy and breezy. I'm constantly wearing dresses in the summer - they seem to be the best for dealing with this insane humidity. It's like I'm constantly in a steamer. Fall my wardrobe and hair are so ready for you!
I purchased my dress online here but they seem to have no more on the site. The basic concept is to find a floral print in a style that suits your body best. The slightly empire waist and flowing detail of the skirt makes this dress universally flattering and amazing at hiding a bit of a mom tummy. My shoes are Sam Edelman's Yana Sandals and I'm not having much luck finding them as they are from two seasons ago. I really like the olive color because it seems to go with everything and is a nice change from the usual neutrals. Choosing a style with a block heel makes them much more comfortable and a whole lot easier to walk in. My jewelry is my go-to Michael Kors gold watch and some Gorjana ear climbers. I love love love Gorjana's jewelry. They do simple just right and it always manages to look both classy and edgy at the same time.
